In order to grow we must continue to learn, about ourselves, those around us, what we want and even what we don't want.
Whatever therapy you choose it will be a step on your journey. Therapists can help you to understand, to move on, to let go, but you will need to continue with yourself development in order to ensure that you get the best from your therapy.
I therefore recommend to all of my clients that they find out more in order to ensure that they maintain the positive changes that they have made.
